DR. JACK SHIH, OD
In 1998, Jack Shih established a private optometry clinic called I Wear Optometry in Hacienda Heights, CA and served as its founder and optician. To expand his interest in the field of optometry, Dr. Jack Shih O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry degree at State University of New York College of Optometry in 2008. Since then, Dr. Jack Shih aimed to serve communities of diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and eventually founded another private optometry clinic, OptoVision Care, in Whittier, CA. As the founder and optometrist of both clinics, Dr. Jack Shih provides quality primary eye care service, specialty contact lenses fitting, myopia control, glaucoma, dry eye and other ocular diseases management.
Dr. Shih accepts most major vision and medical insurances.
COCO CHAN, MANAGER
CoCo Chan has served as our Clinic Manager and Optician since the very beginning at I Wear Optometry and OptoVision Care. She has led and trained dozens of staff team members to provide quality service geared towards the needs of our patients and customers. She believes that the communities of Hacienda Heights and Whittier truly represent people from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and she enjoys seeing these communities connected through I Wear and OptoVision. Along the way, she loves learning about the different languages and cultures these communities have to offer and hopes to become trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Spanish.
JAQUELINE PRADO, STAFF
Jaqueline Prado, also known as Jackie, currently attends Mt. San Antonio College to pursue her associates’ degree in Photography. She has dedicated more than a year serving in the optical field as an Optometric Technician at OptoVision Care Optometric Center. She enjoys the comfortable working environment at the clinic and feels privileged to be working with a great and friendly doctor. With her education and work experience, she aspires to become a photographer and filmmaker.
